Return Policy:

At Firandu, we ensure every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. As a result, we do not accept returns. 

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchange only in case of a size issue.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
• Customers are required to bear the courier charges for both sides (sending and receiving).
• The product must be couriered to us by the customer at their own cost using any reliable courier service.
• Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will dispatch the requested size.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
• No exchange will be processed for items that are worn, washed, or damaged.

 We currently do not accept returns or refunds. Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Sale Items : No Return, No Exchange 

Important Notes:

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative style.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• Exchange shipping charges may apply in some cases.
