Return Policy

We do not accept any returns. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process.

Exchange Policy:

• Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• The product should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
• Exchange is applicable for size issues, defective products, or wrong items received.
• Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiate Request – Contact our customer support at WhatsApp: 8700660169 or Email: firanduindia@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Pick-Up or Self-Ship – We will arrange a pick-up (if available in your area - charges Rs. 150 ) or request you to self-ship the item.
  3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will check its condition.
  4. Replacement Dispatch – Upon approval, we will send the replacement in 3-5 working days.

Important Notes:

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative style.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
For COD orders: If the customer refuses to accept the parcel at delivery, the advance/partial payment of ₹499 will not be refunded under any circumstances, as it covers courier shipping and COD handling charges.
